I have compiled the basic step-by-step process for buying a house.

Step 1 - Research Your Home

It all starts with a comparative market analysis.  A CMA compares a property to other homes similar in location, size, and features.

Step 2 - Pricing

I will recommend a target sale price for your home based on the CMA.  This helps sellers choose the best listing prices for their homes. The "best" price is one that's not so low it leaves the seller in more debt or so high the home won't sell.

Step 3 - Your Listing

I will list your property so other real estate agents know your home is for sale and they can tell their buyer clients.

Step 4 - Marketing

Let the marketing begin and wait for the offers to roll in.
